Personal Training
I work with clients 1-to-1 and in small groups. We train outside, in a gym or online. Sessions last for 1 hour and the equipment we use is dependent on your needs and the space we are training in. I specialise in TRX and I also have access to a central Lisbon luxury gym for your sessions if you would like that.
Before starting, we will do a thorough consultation in order to create goals with accountability, accomplishment and regular review dates. Training with me goes beyond the session and I will be ensuring that what you do outside of them, compliments what you want to achieve. No client is the same and your programme will be specific to you.
