I WASN’T ALWAYS A ‘FITNESS PERSON.’ I’VE WANDERED AROUND GYMS, UNSURE OF WHAT TO DO. I’VE TRIED FITNESS CLASSES WHERE I FELT SO AWKWARD THAT I NEVER WENT BACK. I’VE STRUGGLED TO STAY CONSISTENT AND FELL INTO THE TRAP OF EXTREME DIETS TO LOSE WEIGHT.
After a car accident, I had a wake-up call. I realised that movement is a privilege—and I didn’t want to take it for granted. But I also knew I wanted to find a way to move that actually felt good, not like a punishment.
Although it took over my former career, I didn’t want fitness to take over my life.
I wanted it to fit around the things I loved — travel, adventure, music, fashion, and spending time with friends.

I created The Lisbon Trainer for people like me—people who want to be fit, strong, and confident but also want balance, freedom, and fun.
I offer personal training and group fitness in outdoor and unique locations in Lisbon, so you can feel amazing without being stuck in a gym.
My approach is about making fitness something you enjoy, because I believe that’s the key to making it last. My training is progressive, results-driven, and tailored to you, but also fits into your life. You won’t have to give up the things you love. Instead, movement will make you want to do more, explore more, and live more.
