Personal Training – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Lisbon Trainer! Please read the following terms carefully before starting your training.
1. Booking & Payments
• To confirm your training, you must complete all required forms and make a deposit payment.
• Your package start date begins with your first scheduled session, and the expiry date will be agreed upon at booking.
2. First Session & Testing
• Your first session includes assessments for flexibility, strength, fitness, and blood pressure.
• To ensure accurate results, please avoid caffeine, exercise, or anything that may affect blood pressure beforehand. Aim to arrive relaxed and ready. 🙂
3. What to Bring
• Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel to each session. If you need help sourcing a mat, let me know!
4. Session Scheduling & Changes
• We will agree on fixed session times and days, but these can be adjusted based on availability.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
• I know things happen unexpectedly. If you are within 24hours, I will always try to reschedule within the same week, only where possible.
6. Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time—I often have sessions booked back-to-back, and late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
7. Weather Policy
• If the weather is unsuitable for training, we have options! We can:
✔ Move to a covered location
✔ Reschedule within the same week
✔ Hold the session via Zoom
We’ll assess the situation closer to the time since Lisbon’s weather can change quickly.
8. Referral Scheme
• Introduce a friend who signs up for a package of 4+ sessions, and you’ll receive 1 free session as a thank-you!
9. Tracking Your Progress
• I recommend taking progress photos in underwear or fitted clothing that you can repeat every few weeks.
• Measuring is also a great way to track changes—let me know if you’d like guidance on this.
